Reading FC Community Trust is the official charity of Reading Football Club. We care for, develop and educate people of all ages and abilities across Reading and the surrounding areas. Through education, sport, mentoring and community programmes, we help people improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop new skills and move towards positive futures.

Annalea’s story
Annalea first joined Premier League Kicks while experiencing difficulties at school and becoming increasingly vulnerable to negative influences in her community.
Through regular football sessions, targeted mentoring and support from Reading Alternative Provision, she rebuilt her confidence, re-engaged with education and began volunteering with younger participants.
Today, Annalea supports delivery across Premier League Kicks and RAP. She is working towards coaching, safeguarding and youth-work qualifications, with the ambition of joining the Community Trust as a member of staff.

Spaces designed for learning, activity and support
Our facilities provide environments for personalised learning, mentoring, emotional regulation, physical activity and practical life skills. They include specialist classrooms, quiet and low-stimulation spaces, a multi-sensory room, indoor and outdoor activity facilities and practical learning areas.

The safety and wellbeing of every participant is central to our work.
Our staff and volunteers follow established safeguarding procedures and receive the training needed to create safe, welcoming and appropriately supported environments across our programmes.
