Our Impact
The Reading FC Community Trust Story
The Difference We Make
Our impact reaches across generations, communities and every stage of life. From education and employment to physical health, mental wellbeing, social inclusion and community safety, our programmes help people overcome barriers, build stronger connections and move towards positive futures.
Through activity across Berkshire, Hampshire and South Oxfordshire, we support primary-school children, young people, adults and older people. Our work includes education and alternative provision, mentoring, inclusive sport, football development and activities that help reduce loneliness and isolation.
Working alongside schools, local authorities, charities and community organisations, we use the reach of Reading Football Club to connect with people in the places where they already learn, live and spend time. Our impact can be seen in the number of people we support, the social value created across our communities and the individual stories behind every figure.
